Branch / Tag feature does not seem to be working

We have added a workaround for this problem. You can turn it on permanently
in the plug-in options ("Use workaround..." checkbox on the "SVN options"
tab) or just hold 'Ctrl' button when "Get..." dialogs opens. Please
download the updated DLL, unzip and replace the existing file:

Please test SVNSCC 1.4.5.7

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Branch / Tag feature of the plug in, but although no
errors are reported, neither the Branch or Tag are actually created in my
Repository.

Also, if I create the branch outside of my IDE (VS.NET) using TortoiseSVN,
and then try to switch to it within the IDE using the plug in (to do this I
set the path of the branch location), then again, I get no errors but the
switch is not actually performed.

This may be a duplicate of another ticket out there, entitled "SVNSCC not
creating tags/branches"

If this is a known problem do you know when it may get fixed?
