This behavior specific only for VS .2005. In VS 2003 webprojects and
other projects are almost the same. Starting from VS .2005 IDE does
not store file list in solution, and because of that cannot exclude or
include anything into it. It tries to add all files which exist in web
project folder to source control. Right now we not have any ideas how
to deal with that.

Hi, please do you have an idea why files in a web application cannot be
excluded from source control ? Files in the other projects in the same
solution can be excluded. The webapplication is contained in a cvs module
of its own. Thank you.
