If you want to reinstall plug-in on another computer, you should just
install and activate it.
Licenses and activations are different things. More information about this

Dear pushok,

I just bought a new computer to replace my current developing machine,
which I have PushOk on.
How can I transfer the pushOk license to the new equipment? (The older one
will be formatted and Visual Studio/pushOk won't be installed again.
