Plug-in 1.6.3.x should work with Subversion 1.6.5 and support all features.
Now we don't release plug-in version 1.6.5.

Please upgrade SVNSCC 1.6.x to the SVN 1.6.5 internals.

We need this in order to sync all of our SVN client and server software on
the same SVN release.
