Thank you for your help.

I was using Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2008 and I was trying to register
the plugin directly from my current project in VS 2008. I was not logged as
administrator, but my account belongs to Administrators group.

You helped me find a solution by starting "Configure plugin" as
Administrator directly from the "Start Menu". It works...

What plug-in version you try to register?
What OS do you use?
What IDE do you use?
Do you start plug-in settings as Administrator?

I still have a problem:

When I follow the registration wizard, it ends with "Registration
successfull..." and then immediately starts again with "Your copy of ...
appears to be unregistered...".

What should I do?

Free update licenses are only for 12 months from date of purchase
licenses.
The cost of plug-in's upgrade is half of current plug-in's cost.
Now it is 14 USD for 1 license.
Please write me quantity of licenses which you want to update.
And I will make e-invoice for you.

I upgraded my "SVN SCC plug-in" software, but as my license is 30 months
old, I have a "key generation error" which asks me to pay a license
upgrade.

How can I pay this license upgrade?
