tlb-file - it's impossible to add to CVS

As followup... Actually it add the file to CVS but then it for some reason
ignore status information and always shows tlb file as uncontrolled. I not
know why this works so, but this is 100% problem of VS 6.0.

Yes, VS 6.0 can not included tlb-files into SCC.
This issue is only for VS 6.0.
VS.Net and Vs 2005 work fine.
