Config file is placed -
1. %ALLUSERPROFILE%\Application Data\Subversion\config the [tunnels]
section.
OR
2. %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Subversion\config the [tunnels]
section.
In order to see it you should enable "Show hidden files and folders" in
Explorer settings (Tools\Folder Options..)

Also you may write the data in registry key
3. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tigris.org\Subversion\Config\tunnels]
there's no this key by default, so you need to create it.

I believe that http://www.pushok.com//tickets_addmodify.php?id=871 will
resolve the issue, but i cannot find the svn config file, nor is there
enough information about the registry change
