Thanks for the tip. That fixed it. We were not checking in the solution
files.

To make possible for others to retrieve new files you should also
check-in changes with made in the project file. I.e. it is not enough
to check-in only added files.
The better way to know that you check-in all files you had changed is
to use "Pending check-in tab" in the VS.NET.

I am having an issue when adding files to a project. All other users can
not retrieve this file from the \"Get Latest Version. Please provide
information on how to retrieve files added by other users.
