Greetings!

Our company just discontinued the use of TLS 1.0 and we started having
problems with SVNSCC. It doesn't seem to communicate with subversion any
longer.

Could you please let us know if there's a version of SVNSCC that would work
with TLS 1.2 or higher?

If not, can that be added?

It appears that some other users have ran into the same.
