You can use release dll. (without generation debuglog file)

Do you have the problem until now?
--> Oleg Akolupin (admin)  at 20 Jul 05 07:00 writes

We tried to fix this bug.
Please download and test new dll
http://www.pushok.com/files/PushokCVSSCC_13_1.zip

Unzip to overwrite existing. You will find debuglog.txt near the dll.
Send it to me for analysis.
Thank you in advance.

Finally I had a little time to generate that debuglog for You.
Debuglog.txt enclosed.

The fastest way to find problem is to use the debug dll.
Download it here: http://www.pushok.com/files/PushokCVSSCC_13.zip

When a project uses Web References, it creates a folder named "Web
References". When that project also has a folder named "Web", scccvs proxy
simply crashes. No operation is possible on that repository.

The cvs proxy has a problem with embeded spaces if, and only if, there is a
folder which name is a first word(s) of another folder.
