problem when pull a web project from source control

Specially for WEB project there is option "Use '_svn' sandboxes for
compatibility with VS.NET WEB projects". (pic.jpg)
Try to enable it and everything should be fine

I am using a VS.NET 2003 when i add a web project to a source control in
this step everything that is ok.

but the client faced a problem when he want to pull this web project from
source
control.

after the client perform the steps you see this boxs follow:

and the file in the working copy show in a red mark.

Suppose the local path is D:\Simple\MyWeb
