Non-english text is shown incorrectly in several places

Issue fixed in version 1.3
--> Evgeny Zaritovsky (user)  at 20 Apr 05 04:00 writes

Ok, thank for accepting. Will wait for resolving this issue in future
release.

And thanks for good job - your SCC proxy is the best source control
provider for VS.NET over the world.

I am sorry, this message is not for your ticket.
Your problem possibly will be decided in a new major release.
--> Evgeny Zaritovsky (user)  at 20 Apr 05 04:00 writes

So, resuming my 2 message below - thó problem with displaying wrong dates
format still exists and I'm expected this issue to change its status to
Accepted, rather than closed.

Thank you for your rapid reaction.
--> Evgeny Zaritovsky (user)  at 20 Apr 05 04:00 writes

Sorry, my detailed comment was addressed to issue 579, not this one.

But still I can't understand your answer and why you closed the issue, as
there are bugs with displaying russian date text in 2 places.
--> Evgeny Zaritovsky (user)  at 20 Apr 05 04:00 writes

Why did you close this issue? Does this mean that this is not an error?
I'm pretty sure this is an error. I'm talking about project history rather
than file history. Project history as I undertstand must show the history
of changes over the whole project, including checking of others people, not
only me.

I also noticed, that your post "You are quite right. It is the feature of
SVN during work with a single file." was duplicated in my another issue
(#578). May be you just mistyped?
--> Oleg Akolupin (admin)  at 20 Apr 05 04:00 writes

You are quite right.
It is the feature of SVN during work with a single file.
--> Evgeny Zaritovsky (user)  at 20 Apr 05 04:00 writes

See attached pistures

I posted a while ago an issue about incorrect displaying of date when
looking at file's history (instead of russian date's text there were just a
mess). This was fixed, but there are other places where I can see the same
problem:

1) In repository browser (i.e. when you select a module clicking on [...])
all file names with russian names are shown incorrectly. This is actually
preventing we from using SVN Proxy, as I do have files with russian names
in my projects.

2) In file's history dialog, Project history mode, date is shown
incorrectly (i think you just forgot to fix it in this mode).

Incorrect date in project history  Incorrect date in repository browser
