What are the full versions of SVNSCC and TSVN are you using?
--> Mårten (user)  at 08 Jul 13 07:00 writes

In fact it was me who forgot to configure authentication on my subversion
server.

However, Tortoise complains about wrong format, so I cannot use pushok.

This is a real bug.
Thanks for the post.
We will seek a solution to this.
Now you can delete the folder"c: \ Documents and Settings \ User \
Application Data \ Subversion \ auth"after working with the plugin and
Subversion "will forget" your password.

I have added one project to svn using the wizard. There is no
username/password popup when checking in the project. Checking the option
"Don't use cached authentication, always request it" doensn't help.

The subversion server is a standard Ubuntu 32 bit with subversion 1.6.17.
