How to get the revision of a file in svn

I'm trying to get the current revision number for files in our svn
repository from an ms-access/vba application. I successfully retrieved a
list of files but can't figure out how to get the revision for each file.
I tried the link to get the source code I found on other support tickets
but the link is dead.
