How to change the username for a server

( SVNSCC , LabVIEW, 1.4.0.1, WIN 2000/XP  )

I fixed it by decommenting the following lines out in the dav_svn.conf
file:

Require valid-user

Now the plugin asks for my user name when checking in.

I don't know how to authenticate my usage of SVN for a server. Where can I
set the username and password?
I can browse my repository with anonymous usage, but for checkins/checkouts
I have to authenticate and I don't get an option to log-in and a get a
dialog mentioning error 401.
In my apache log I see that 'anonymous lock creation is not allowed'.
But unfortunatly I can't find a location to change the username for PushOK
SVNSCC.
