You may change value of this field in empty vS only (BEFORE opening
solution)
If wrong name already saved in project then do next:
1. open empty VS
2. Change name
3. With the help of menu "File/Source Control/Open from Source Control..."
get your project into new place

The Login ID (PushOK SVN Proxy) input field under Tools/Options/Source
Control/Plug-in Settings is grayed out.

How do we enable the input field in order to supply a Login ID different
than our domain user name?
