GLV action overrode local changes

We have lost a change today. The sequence of actions was as follows:

* Kaari has checked out an object.
* She has modified the object (and spent of lot of time testing the
change).
* Before compiling and deploying, she wanted to get all changes done by
other users, so she did GLV and clicked Select-All.
* After it finished, her change was not there.

Please, reply as soon as possible so we know what's the problem. Why
didn't CVSProxy warn before overwriting the newer file?
