Fetch module list from server

We are sorry, but latest version of plug-in are incompatible with this
version of CVS NT.

You can fix this behavior if choose option in configuration window "my
server support ls command", but we cannot gurantee the correct work for
other issues.

After selecting Open from source control in the file menu I enter the
CVSROOT and press the '...' button to fetch the available modules. At this
moment it takes 5 minutes to fetch the list and it doesn't contain the
folder structure as it did before but it contains all files in CVS in 1
list. This problem occurred after installing the new version of CVSNT
server.
TortoiseCVS can still fetch the modules list from the server.
