evaluating SourceConneXion with SVN-SCC, issues.

( SVNSCC , C++ Builder 6, SVNSCC 1.6.x, Windows7, x64  )

We ourselves have not tested SourceConneXion and Athlant.
It have done (or have not done) their developers themselves.
We have heard that Athlant worked with the plug-in without problems.

The fastest way to find problem is to use the debug dlls.
Download them here:
http://www.pushok.com/files/temp/PushokSVNSCC_16611d.zip

http://www.pushok.com/files/temp/svncom_1631d.zip

http://www.pushok.com/files/temp/sccapi_svn1300d.zip

Unzip to overwrite existing. You will find debuglog.txt and debuglog.txt
near the dll.

Send them to me for analysis.
Thank you in advance.

I\'m using C++ Builder 6 with update 4
SourceConneXion v2.1 b26
SVN-SCC plugin v 1.6.6.2
Collabnet Subversion 1.6.6.4w32 via Apache.
Client platform is Win7 (with permissions modified on C++Builder
directories and file-indexing disabled for working copy directories)
Server is Win Server 2K3

I don\'t see any problems in accessing the server via SVN commandline tools
in general.

- I don\'t seem to be able to access your branching/merging dialog through
SourceConneXion.

- If I open a project from source control (via the open project dialog), I
get eventually asked if I want a recursive GET operation performed, a YES
results in a hang of SVN-SCC/SourceConneXion/C++Builder
(repeatable/reproducible).

- I occasionally see a dialog box with a \'Divide by Zero\' error message
most notably when using \'Review Changes\' from the \'Source Control\'
menu.

- I am not able to find a way to have svn:externals properties on the
project folder enacted when performing a GET from within the IDE, however
it does work when a fresh checkout is done via svn commandline.

I understand that most of these issues are probably in the domain of
SourceConneXion and not the SVN-SCC plugin, however I am unable to contact
the author of that product and would like some advice from you as to how to
proceed.

I would have naturally tried the Athlant/SVN-SCC combination first, except
for the difference in overall cost.

Thanks,
