English Grammar fixes for the PushOkRWMon Service

Thank you very much. We used your version of above messages.
About translation/corrections of plug-in itself. You can modify correct it
on your side using the po/mo (gettext package files) which can be found in
./locale_src folder it the program folder.

Here are some English grammar fixes for the PushOkRWMon service. I\'ll send
you some fixes for the plugin itself shortly.

The PushOkRWMon service utility is used to monitor changes to files on
local disks and adjust the R/O file attribute according to the checked-out
state of a file. The R/O attribute is removed for “checked out” files and
assigned otherwise.
The correct state of the R/O file attribute is very important for the
correct behaviour of IDE systems managing source controlled projects.
IDE systems expect that a file will have its R/O attribute cleared (off)
when it is “checked out” and set (on) when it is not “checked out”. We
recommend the use of this service for all files which are managed by the
PushOk SCC plug-ins.

….
The specific folders which need monitoring or not can be configured using a
helper file or attribute (see below).

You can explicitly instruct the monitor to either process or skip a folder
by creating a file called .pushokprops inside that folder or else assign
the pushok:rwmon property to the folder (Subversion only).
The .pushokprops file should contain one line: pushok::rwmon=value.

Unspecified folders (without the .pushokprops file or the pushok:rwmon
property) are treated as:

Then the about dialog should have the following text:

Most IDE systems expect the read-only attribute to be set on files that are
not checked out. However both CVS and SVN do not modify this attribute when
changing the checked-out state of a file.
This monitoring service helps maintain the correct state for the read-only
attribute. The service sets it on or off according to the checked-out state
of the file. This behaviour does not depend on the client used for
modifying the working copy.
Note that this service is particularly useful when used in conjunction with
the PushOk SCC plug-ins.
