COM.SvnClientError, HRESULT=0x80020009

COM.SvnClientError, HRESULT=0x80020009
Working copy of 'C:\SVNWorking\SourcCode\LabelLibrary' locked

I can objets check-out.
However, I am getting this error when I try to check-in a PowerBuilder12
object.
Sometimes after this message, this object gets checked in.
I tried to do the "Clean Up" with no avail.

Where is this lock?
The other members of our team can check-in and out without problems.
It looks like the problem is on my computer.
