Yes it is.
We have to find all branches in your repository, it may take a long time.
To faster this you can select exact module before clicking on "..." button.

Doing that you tell plug-in that you need to fetch not all repository tags,
but only those which have effect for selected module.

Every time we click the ... after branch (as in to view ALL the branches on
the source, the software takes literally 1 ~ 2 mins to find the different
branches in the solution. Both the source code and the repos are running on
XP SP2.
