can not create accdb file from repository since error occurs on creating local .scc subdirectory

I use svnscc plugin (1.7.13) to create a repository from Access 2010 accdb
file in subversion (1.8.8). This is ok, see attach 1.

Then I want to pull from that repo to create a new accdb file in another
subdirectory. This fails with a svn error (see attach 2) because the local
.scc subdirectory could not be created. But this subdirectory already
exists (see attach 2)!

The sreenshot also shows that the .svn subdirectory is in false place. It
shoud be a subdirectory of .scc directory.
