asp.net can't compile file in the push_ok folder

( CVSSCC )
Type: Public Status:Closed Created: 01 May 06 05:00 Updated: 03 May 06 05:00

This issue is resolved in most latest build of version 1.3/2.0 and alos in
1.4/2.1RC1.
CVS folder should have hiddend system attribute. After installing new
version you have to re-pull sources (delete and get from source control).
You can also make CVS subfolders hidden manually if you not want to make
re-pull.

I use VS 2005 to develop in asp.net
After I did the initial development I've added the source code to CVS
Next time I make a change, VS2005 is trying to compile the files under the
'push_ok' folder and fails the compilation:
Building directory '/SESHelpDesk/CVS/Base/'.
e:\SES\SESHelpDesk\CVS\Base\UserDetails.aspx(1): Build (web): The file
'/SESHelpDesk/CVS/Base/UserDetails.aspx.cs' does not exist.

VS automatically added the 'CVS' folders under the main project folder and
the project 'App_Code' folder and there is no option to completely ignore
these folders during compilation
