During the year 2004 our company continued growing. We released two new
proprietary software products. At the beginning of the next year we will
release our in-house project management suite – PushOk SEMA. It satisfies
our needs and has already increased productivity of work. We will release
it according to terms of GNU GPL license. PushOk SEMA will help other
similar companies to manage human resources more effectively.
In 2004 we hired 5 additional developers, and our office became too small
for our 15 employees. This resulted in renting a new office, slightly
bigger than the previous one. Unfortunately, this caused the change of our
postal address and phone, which was announced separately.
We look optimistically into the future. At the same time we believe that
now it is time to optimize our internal organization structure and increase
performance. The implementation of the project management application is a
steep in that direction. Others are coming.
