( CVSSCC , VS .NET, 1.3.6.050705, WIN 2000/XP, 2.0.58d  )

CVS Proxy doesn't create and add into CVS repository any temporary files.
It does VS.NET.
We don't know this rules too.
We can't block adding files from VS.NET, this may do some bugs in CVS
Proxy's work.

For some reason we needed to reorganize our projects. We changed project
and solution directories and editted solution and projet files manualy. CVS
Proxy keeps adding ~*.tmp files with log message "Temporary file created by
Visual Studio .NET to detect PushOk CVS Proxy capabilities." into CVS
repository now. It seems that it happens not for all projects and not for
all users, but I did not find any rules. I tried to unbind and bind again
project to CVS control from within Visual Studio but without any luck.
Under what circumstances CVS Proxy creates those files and how to get rid
of it ??
