SVN Proxy doesn\'t differentiate files with same file name but different extension

This must be fixed in version 1.3.

We have two files in our repo:

CameraController.cs
CameraController.csproj

Both files show up as checked out in the solution explorer and both show up
in Pending Checkins. However, only CameraController.csproj is actually
modified. Checking in or updating or undo-checkout of CameraController.cs
has no effect, it stays as checked out.

Appears SVN Proxy doesn't recognize these as different files for the
purpose of status.
