Registration Problem

I have attached a screen shot of the error that keeps appearing when the
Push-OK software is supposedly registered. Just keeps "looping" and saying
that the application is unregistered and prompting to retry the
registration process. We have registered it several times and it keeps
doing the same thing and will not register even though it says it is
registered. This is creating us a big issue because this user needs this
for his work.
