Plug-in can be used in many IDE, including, but not limited to Rational
Rose. Some widely used systems as VS, VS.NET, VB have some
documentation but Rational Rose not.
Also, plugin is fully SCCI compatible, help about it works specific to
IDE, since it mostly expose only functionality but not UI.
So, first of all you can refer to Rational Rose documentation about
Source Control Integration.
