PushOK CVSSCC NT on Vista 64

this issue has been resolved. we are not sure what made things start
behaving, but after uninstalling/reinstalling various pieces the problems
vanished. somebody please close this ticket, as I am not sure how to do it
myself.

We just purchased a new laptop computer for development. The laptop is
running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit and Microsoft Visual Studio Team
System 2008 with the PushOK CVSSCC plug-in version 2.1.2.4.

However, when we attempt to open a project with source control bindings we
immediately receive the following error message:

"An unspecified failure occurreed (sic) while initializing the PushOK
CVSSCC NT source control provider. You cannot use this provider to perform
source control operations."

After this point, we receive a number of error messages from the source
control plugin (about how it failed to update/load projects), and then
Visual Studio starts behaving as though there is a modal dialog open (which
we cannot see). The only way to proceed from here is to kill the VS
process.

Is this an issue with the plug-in? If so, what should we do to try and work
around it? Thanks for your time and support.
