Problem when software registration

You use Windows with limited rights and the plug-in can't save the key in
registry and the plug-in can't work without it.
You should run "C:\Program Files\PushOk Software\CVSSCC NT\frontend.exe"
with administrator rights and press "Update registration" button, now the
key is saved and the plug-in should work fine.

I have installed the plugin for my VS 2005. When I run VS 2005, it asks me
to register my plugin. I followed the guide, after entering my username and
password and have selected the license, it pops an error saying “Can not
save the key in the registry.”.

I then try to register again using the plugin (outside of VS 2005). The
registration went through but when I run VS 2005 again, it is still asking
me to register and I am facing the same problem as mentioned above. I have
attached the screen shot of the error message. Would appreciate if you
could guide me through getting this fixed. Thanks.
