PowerBuilder 11.2 Crash with SVNSCC 1.5.1.3

Due to time constraints, more than two months since problem was raised, our
Help Desk department decided to reinstall all the software applications on
the computer. The problem is gone now.

Hello,

One of our analyst started experiencing PowerBuilder crashes when opening
the versioned workspace. This is a sequence of events reproducing the
problem on her side:

1. Open PowerBulder, IDE automatically re-opens the PushOK SVN versioned
workspace which automatically opens the Library painter => Crash.
2. Recreated a whole new workspace => OK
3. Added the existing application target => OK
4. Modified the properties of the workspace: on the source control tabpage
PushOK SVNSCC was selected, user id, and click on Connect and then OK =>
OK
5. Opened the Library painter and set the root to the "Current workspace"
=> OK
6. The first weird thing is that on a mouse right-click on any versioned
object, the version control related menu items on the popup menu are
disabled. To access these actions she must go through the main menu | Entry
| Source Control.
7. After restarting the IDE and opening the versioned workspace and the
library painter => crash

From there on nothing but crashes.
