Actually rename and delete funtions exist even in 1.1 API. However for some
reason VS 7.0/1 just not use such functions. It is good if VS.2005 will use
them.
Right now we already implement version 1.3 of SCC API for SVN plug-in (just
because there was big internal redisign). As soon as we test how this will
works we will add support to CVS plug-ins.

Visual Studio 2005 uses a new version of MSSCCI -- version 1.3. This API
has been published as part of the Visual Studio Integration program (VSIP).
What are your plans for supporting MSSCCI 1.3? This new version adds
highly valuable features, such as rename and delete propagation.
