The fastest way to find problem is to use the debug dlls.
Download it here:

http://www.pushok.com/files/temp/svncom_1500d.zip

Unzip to overwrite existing. You will find debuglog.txt and
protocollog.txt near the dlls.
Send it to me for analysis.

Yes, I am using 1.5.0.1 version of SVNCOM and 1.5.0.1 version of SVN SCC.

Other environment :

Windows XP Prof. SP3
Visual Foxpro 9 SP1
Visual Studio 2005 SP1
