Changing login name in VS2005

You can do next steps for typing your login in VS2005
1. Open dialog "Tools/Options...".
2. Into left tree select "Source Control/Plug-inSettings".
3. Into right combo type your login.

but there's no section for SCC in tools->options, where can I change the
login name and password for accessing my repository?
