Can't find help on RWMonitor

I'm very sorry but we have no RWMon help.
There's usually enough information on RWMon control form. You may find it -
"Start/All programs/Pushok Software/SCC RW monitor"
Also there is "cache" folder nearby PushOkRWMon.exe (full path - C:\Program
Files\Common Files\PushOk Software\SCC\cache") This folder keeps parameters
of scanning every folder.

I am trying to figure out how to set up the RW Monitor for the CVS SCC
plugin. Specifically, I am trying figure out exactly how to set the folder
list in the tree view (all of my cvs items are in a folder on my pc) and
the relationship to the monitored/not monitored radio buttons below. I have
been unable to find the help on the tool. Can you direct me to its
location?
