Cannot launch SVN process

This is issue which may appear after installing above the old version.
We changed installation engine from NullSoft Installer to MSI. For
some reason MSI cannot overwrite old files and it is required manual
re-install of old version. MSI installer should show message asking
this.
So you have manually un-install old version and new one. And then
check that {Program Files}\Pushok Software\SVNSCC is empty. After that
install new one and all should work fine.
JFYI New version does not require svn.exe at all, because it use SVN
directly via SVNCOM library.

I have just upgraded my PushOk SVN plugin; but when I try to use the plugin
(Add a solution to Version Control) i get the attached error message.
