Cannot edit Server options

( CVSSCC )
Type: Public Status:Closed Created: 07 Apr 05 04:00 Updated: 07 Apr 05 04:00
--> Igor Pushkov (admin)  at 07 Apr 05 04:00 writes

Server option is the options specific for some CVSROOT. Roughly we can
say that server = CVSROOT. But first plug-in should "know" something
about server, i.e. know it's CVSROOT.
Clear installation know nothing. But the same options can be accessed
from "Bind to CVS dialog" on "Open from source control" or "Add to
source control operation". Put the new CVSROOT there and press
"properties button".
But in the same time, for automation purposes you just can copy the
appropriate registry keys.

Hello PushOk-Support,
we are evaluating some CVS plugins for Visual Studio .NET.
We have the problem that only one of our developer is able to edit the
server options of PushOk CVS Proxy properties. For the others the fields
are all disabled.

We use Windows 2000/XP, Visual Studio .NET 2003, Putty.

Can you help us with this problem?

Sincerely,

Jens Trinkies
