Recently we found bug that can cause proxy to freeze or crash. This
bug can appears after the closing IDE or project. Actually it can appears
for 5-10% of users, and exists since version 1.2. However for some systems
it appears more frequently (for example Power Builder).
On our luck, one of our customer was able to reproduce in 100% cases,
and this help us to find and fix it. The fix applied for version 1.2, 1.3
and 2.0. So, best solution is to upgrade to version closest to which you
