We released new version of SVN plug-in.
Your issue was fixed in it.
You can download it here http://www.pushok.com/files/soft/svn/svnscc.msi .

Much appreciated.. Thank you

Ok, we will include it into next release of plug-in.
I will tell you when new version of plug-in is released.

i thought i may have been possible to add this information because the
"Check Modifications" tab of Tortoise provides this. (see attachment 1)

i realize that this information may not be readily available within the
local SVN directories, but it would be very useful to be able to retrieve
that information (e.g. by clicking an extra command button within the SCC
Properties dialog window - File Info tab page). (see attachment 2)
The lack of "break lock" is less important then.

We can not add this operations in plug-in.
1. SCCAPI protocol does not use extended info about lock-owner.
2. It is politics of SVN client - the master of the lock must break it.
--> Ben DE PAUW (user)  at 22 Aug 06 08:00 writes

When objects are locked, please add some more lock information to the SVN
properties, eg: display the lock-owner.

Additionally, you could provide an extra operation to break the lock.

Thanks,

Ben
