For any customized software development services we suggest completing of corresponding contract, which protects both us and our clients. This is standard software development contract except several things:

• It is printed and should be accepted in two languages: Russian and English. English version precedes Russian. The main reason for this is requirement of Russian bank and legislation.
• Agreement contains not only our company name and address, but also our bank account which will be used for accepting funds for that contract.
• To protect both you and us from involuntary conduct in case of incompetence of other party, the contract can be terminated during first 10 days without any obligations to other party. In other words, if you find that you cannot work with us for any reason, you can terminate the contract. We have the same right. The possible reasons can be client's delays answering our requests, problem in communication due to difference in time and other reasons that can not be revealed before start of development.
